Annual Tax Summary

This report accompanies the finalization of the year-end work for your business. It provides you with a year-on-year review of income, profit, tax and expected PAYG Instalments for the year to come to help you with Cashflow.

If you are using a Company structure – it includes detailed information about any Division 7a loans you have in play and dividends declared.

If you are using a Trust structure – this report includes detailed information about your Trust Distributions.

We also take the time to explain to you anything that you need to be aware of – especially over the coming year.

We then accompany this report with a Loom video – where we talk you through the things you need to know, because sometimes things are easier to understand when you hear them spoken! We get it!

Tax Strategy review

Through our Tax Strategy review process we look at your current position and expected outcomes to make high level recommendations on how you can create wealth for your family.

This includes careful planning. It is not about just minimizing your tax in a particular year. All you need to do this is to spend money in the business! No! It is about identifying where you are now, where you want to be and what we need to do to get you there.

This review process is accompanied by a meeting to talk through the options available to you.

Strategic Plan

Once you identify a Strategy you wish to put in place, our Strategic Plan document will detail how you can make it happen.

For example - if you want to start building a property portfolio inside of a self-managed superannuation fund – what would it look like to get the required deposit together in the fund this year? Or over 3 years?

This allows you to understand the options available, set your expectations and make great decisions.

Performance Review

These reports form a core part of our Business Development consulting.

They include a review of the KPI’s we have together identified as being key to the success of your business.

Business Development strategies are constantly evolving and being refined. This constant review of the performance of these strategies allows us to highlight for you where things have been performing as expected, above expectations or below.

These performance reviews are the basis for executive level data driven decision making.

Insights Presentation

Where you have worked with the Business Development team on a consulting project, the accompanying Insights Presentation, either in person or via Zoom, is where we can go spend time going through the insights we have garnered from exploring your data and help you to identify opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. It's all about equipping you with the knowledge to make informed decisions for your business's success.

Data Report

For our Business Services clients, we provide monthly Data Reports with all the essential information you need to track your business's performance consistently.

SAPEP Review

Our comprehensive SAPEP Review documents are prepared with a focus on items you need to be aware of from a Succession, Asset Protection and Estate Planning perspective.

This is an emerging specialty area and Emilie is a founding member of SAPEPAA – the industry body currently innovating in this space. Emilie is an accredited SAPEP Advisor and uses her expertise to review your opportunities and identify potential issues before they arise – allowing you to put measures in place to protect you and your family.

Structural Advice

Our Structural Advice reports are very comprehensive and look at the both the structure you need now – and what the business will need as you grow.

We carefully explain how to grow into an ideal structure for your business.

Our Structural Reviews can be prepared for you as you are embarking on a new business journey, or as a review of a current business.

With a current business, we are careful to consider any Capital Gains impacts of any structural changes and can help you to structure any changes to minimize this on your behalf.

You then have the option to sit down with us to talk through this information to help you work through this.
